The ABUS 78KC series dial combination open shackle padlocks have a tough steel body and a double bolted, hardened steel shackle. Tests show that the cataphoretic coating and rust free components give 40 years of corrosion protection making the lock suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With the key override option, the lock can, furthermore, be opened even when the code cannot be remembered simply by using a master key (sold separately).
