I required a key TOK 001, I had ordered this from another company but when it turned up it was labelled as the key but the cut was wrong. I then contacted lockdoctor to ask what there key looked like and they asked for a photo of the key, within 5 mins of sending I had an email back stating there key was the same. I duly ordered 8 off of these keys and they arrived the next day. great service
